  • 2015 Highest Annual Tide (HAT) line (which can be queried to determine the HAT in ft, NAVD along a section of coastline);
  • sea level rise and storm surge scenarios (1, 2, 3.3, and 6 feet on top of the 2015 HAT);
  • Potential Hurricane Inundation Mapping (PHIM) datasets for Category 1 and 2 events making landfall at mean tide or mean high tide; and
  • Maine FEMA Floodplain Maps (available from the Maine Floodplain Management Office).

Letters of Final Determination for Floodplain maps are scheduled to be released for Hancock County on January 20, 2016,

and take effect July 20, 2016. Watch this site for more information.
