This year’s big statewide transportation event is happening the week of May 12 though 16. Commuters across Maine are welcome and encouraged to take part.

Commute Another Way Week promotes healthy, economical and eco-friendly modes of commuting: Carpools, vanpools, transit (bus, ferry & rail), bicycling and walking to work.

Try "commuting another way" just one day or all five.  Try one commuter mode of travel or a different one each day.  The more days you try the more chances you have to win big prizes.  This year’s Grand Prize is a Car-Free Mini-Vacation to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park!

Register for Commute Another Way Week today at: online !!!

We welcome you as part of the solution for improved physical and social health, a cleaner environment, improved mobility, energy conservation and extra savings on the high price of gas.

And please help spread the word to friends, neighbors and co-workers. With your enthusiastic support we can make this year’s CAWW the most successful ever!  Thank you!
