Background

The Town of Sullivan was awarded a Community Action Grant in May 2025. Part of this project was a town-owned culvert assessment which was conducted by Acorn Engineering. The assessment found 114 Town-owned cross culvert and stream crossing assets located and assessed in April and May of 2026. Click here to view the full report by Acorn Engineering.

• Click on the yellow culvert icons on the map to see photos and view the assessment.
• Click the arrow at the bottom of the screen to open the assessment data table.
• To filter the culverts by their characteristics, click the “Culvert Filter Tool” button.
